This project aims to foster the next generation of digital content creators through having professionals and students team up in Fukushima, one of the areas afflicted by the Great East Japan Earthquake, and experience producing a digital game within 30 hours. It has been held every year since 2011 and its third edition in 2013 saw 531 people take part in 14 venues in four countries and regions, centering on a main venue in Fukushima.
