This work depicts the struggles of a rookie caseworker in social welfare who begins to get involved on site. A freshman civil servant, YOSHITSUNE Emiru, has been assigned to the welfare office where she confronts a reality she never knew and feels troubled as she interacts with the people coming to her with various issues.

KASHIWAGI Haruko
Born in 1969 in Chiba Prefecture. Manga artist. Debuted in 1995 with Inu (Dog) in Young Sunday [Shogakukan]. Also has Yoikonohoshi (Good kid's planet) and Burabura banban, later turned into a movie in 2008, also from Shogakukan.
