An original LED-equipped mask for stage plays was developed in response to recent calls for COVID-19 countermeasures for stages, based on the concept that “there is no need to cover and repress with a mask the desire to enjoy entertainment.” Using mask lighting and image effects that synchronize with the music controlled by a unique system, the restriction was crystallized as a new performance.
